OBJECTIVE OF THE CALL

The objective of this call is to identify and recruit qualified trainers, assessors, and moderators who can support the delivery and quality assurance of the New Business Creation programs. These roles are essential to ensuring that participants receive relevant, practical, and industry-aligned training that meets national standards.

Selected candidates will be able to participate in facilitating training sessions, conducting assessments, and moderating learning outcomes, in accordance with QCTO requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To be considered, applicants must meet all specified criteria. They must be accredited as trainers, assessors, and moderators for new business development at Level 2 of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). This accreditation must be valid and verifiable.

A minimum of one year of experience delivering QCTO-aligned training is required. Applicants must have a thorough understanding of QCTO processes, standards, and compliance requirements.

In addition, candidates must be registered as QCTP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the relevant field. This ensures that applicants possess the necessary technical knowledge and experience to deliver quality training and assessments.

Applicants must reside in one of the following provinces: KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, Gauteng, or Limpopo. Demonstrable experience facilitating, evaluating, and moderating accredited programs is essential.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Interested individuals must submit a complete application that includes all relevant information. This should include a brief but detailed curriculum vitae outlining their qualifications, experience, and areas of expertise.

Applicants must provide proof of accreditation or registration as a trainer, evaluator, and moderator for new business creation (NQF Level 2). If applicable, proof of registration as a subject matter expert should also be included.

Additionally, candidates must submit a brief summary highlighting their experience with QCTO-aligned training. This should demonstrate their ability to deliver, evaluate, and moderate effectively.
