ABOUT THE TRAINING PROGRAM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this training program, applicants must meet the following criteria. Candidates must be between 23 and 27 years old. This program is specifically designed for young people who are ready to launch their careers and advance within the industry.
Applicants must not have a criminal record, as integrity and trustworthiness are essential qualities in the security profession. A valid PSIRA Grade C certificate is required, confirming that candidates meet the basic regulatory standards for working in the private security sector.
In addition, applicants must have at least a tenth-grade education. This ensures that candidates have the necessary background to understand and successfully complete the training program.

This opportunity is open to candidates residing in specific areas. Applicants must live in or near the following locations:
Midrand
Alexandra
Wynberg
Central Johannesburg
Thembisa
Diepsloot
Preference will be given to candidates from these communities to promote local development and accessibility.
