Heymans Kole is seeking a qualified and experienced boilermaker to join its dynamic team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The boilermaker will be responsible for various fabrication and repair tasks related to the production of trailers and structural components. The position requires the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, prepare materials, assemble metal components, and perform high-quality welding.

Key responsibilities include fabricating and assembling trailers to specifications, performing structural repairs on damaged trailers or equipment, and ensuring all work meets industry standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining tools and equipment, following shop procedures, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Attention to detail is essential, as the role involves working with precise measurements and ensuring finished products meet the company’s quality standards. The boilermaker must also be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Applicants must have proven experience as boilermakers, particularly in the fabrication, assembly, and structural repair of trailers. Strong welding and metal fabrication skills are required, as the role involves working with various materials and equipment to produce durable structures.
