Mzila Security Services (MSS), operating within Sasol Ekandustria, is pleased to invite motivated and ambitious young people to apply for the 2026/2027 Security Training Program. This structured 12-month program offers unemployed young people an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the security sector, while developing professional skills and becoming familiar with the work environment.
The program is designed to equip participants with theoretical training and hands-on learning in a professional security setting. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the program, which will help them develop valuable professional skills.
This training program aims to develop disciplined, responsible, and career-oriented individuals who are passionate about security, protection services, and personal development. Participants will receive industry-relevant training aligned with security industry standards, preparing them for future career opportunities in the sector.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
The main objective of this training program is to equip young people with essential security knowledge, operational skills, and preparation for the workplace. Participants will gain experience in real security operations, learn about professional conduct expectations, and understand the risk management procedures required in today’s security environments.
Through mentorship and supervised training, participants will develop the confidence, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities necessary to succeed in the security profession.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
✔️ High School Diploma (Grade 12)
✔️ Current Grade C registration with PSIRA
✔️ Excellent oral and written communication skills
✔️ Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
✔️ Proactive and self-motivated individual
✔️ Reside in the Ekangala metropolitan area (proof of address required)
✔️ Be under 29 years of age
✔️ No criminal record
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate commitment, reliability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and responsibility.
